it has what you you need and nothing more. its small but has just enough space for a young married couple and maybe one kid too.

I would say it's cozy, but there isn't much room to store things, as there's only one closet. The windows and several of our appliances are brand new. When we had a problem with our old stove, the maintenance people came just a couple days later and got us a new one. They also fixed the lock on our door, even though we reported that problem some 7 months ago. The neighbors are nice and there are plenty of parking spots. Some mildew grows on the outside walls and above the tub. It's convenient having on-site laundry, but the dryers aren't too powerful. i don't know if it's worth the price and it seems like our electricity bill is always higher than it should be, since we really don't have many large appliances in our tiny apartment. Ryan and Kristin are nice and always shovel the sidewalks.

It's quiet, but friendly and not very expensive. The managers and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. Very good place to live!
